Warranty

We pride ourselves with a quality product made from quality materials .our products are triple checked before leaving the shop but things do happen . We offer a limited lifetime warranty If a defect shows up in a call over time due to material or craftsmanship the call will be repaired or replaced the call or components  with a identical or equal call to get you back into the field as fast as possible. We take customer service seriously and want to provide you with the best product available. If there’s something about the call that you don’t like or would like it tuned differently we can do that also we just ask that you cover shipping cost on any retunes and cleanings. However there are a few conditions not covered under the lifetime warranty, including lost call or call parts (use a lanyard that has loops for barrel and insert of the call), damage due to modification of the call or its components, damage inflicted by neglect, exposer to unnatural hazards such as leaving calls in vehicle or to close to heaters in blind.

Refunds/Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product we offer a 14 day return policy , call must be in new condition to be eligible for refund . Return Shipping

Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. We highly recommend insurance and trakcing on your return and cannot be responsible for calls arriving damaged due to improper packaging or lost in the mail.
